MADRID and SEVILLE, April 7, 2026 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced a contract with the Andalusian Society for the Development of Telecommunications (SANDETEL), the public entity responsible for the technological modernization of the administration of the Regional Government of Andalusia.

Kyndryl will provide consulting and managed services for technological innovation projects aimed at improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of Andalusia’s public services.
