Kyndryl and Gloplax accelerate Global Capability Center transformation

BENGALURU, March 24, 2026 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and Gloplax Solutions Private Limited, a specialist Global Capacity Center (GCC) advisory and enablement firm, today announced a collaboration to help global enterprises design, build, operate and transform GCCs. By integrating Kyndryl’s global reach, technology expertise and transformation capabilities with Gloplax’s practitioner-led advisory experience and operational strengths, the collaboration will deliver a comprehensive, full-lifecycle integrated GCC solution.

Gloplax and Kyndryl will jointly support enterprises across the full GCC establishment, including strategy design, modernization, compliance, legal entity setup and ongoing operations management. The collaboration will provide advisory services for enterprises exploring how to set up GCCs, perform in-depth assessments, and restructure operations management for established GCCs. This will enable enterprises to build a GCC-first operating model that accelerates performance, reduces operational complexity and enhances cost efficiency across the entire GCC lifecycle.

The number of GCCs has grown significantly across India. Experts expect the country to host nearly 2400 GCCs by 2030 — up from roughly 1,700 centers today. As enterprises increasingly adopt GCC-first operating models, they will require stronger alignment across technology, operations and business outcomes to support performance and scale.

The Kyndryl-Gloplax collaboration will help enable enterprises to strengthen governance and risk management and scale with long-term strategic alignment. The collaboration will leverage Gloplax’s proprietary frameworks, including GLOverse, with Kyndryl’s expertise in technology services, AI-enabled modernization and global delivery capability. This integrated model will support greenfield GCC creation, optimization of existing GCCs and GCC acquisitions or expansions.
