Today, Debnath leads strategy and cloud consulting at Kyndryl, helping to drive growth and innovation at the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider and supporting customers in the UK and Ireland.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
It was a significant milestone to receive an internal “Heart of Kyndryl” award — it celebrated exceptional non-executive Kyndryls for extraordinary achievements in strategic growth, driving transformation and surpassing performance objectives.
What gives you a sense of accomplishment in your role?
It gives me a sense of accomplishment to create high-performing teams that are up for the challenge of serving our customers, even at delivery infancy. It requires us to roll up our sleeves and coach our teams throughout the project lifecycle, but it is worth the pursuit.
How have you found a sense of belonging at Kyndryl?
At Kyndryl, I have always been surrounded by warm, experienced and helpful team members. The right work culture and environment have always spurred me to perform to the best of my ability.
What is your best piece of advice?
Address big challenges by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable pieces. Keep your eye on the bigger picture. And never stop learning.
