MALAGA and MADRID, December 6, 2023 — Unicaja Banco, one of Spain's leading financial institutions, and Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, have announced the signing of a long-term contract for the renewal and comprehensive management of the bank's technology platform. The agreement also aims to improve efficiencies through operational excellence, as well as accelerate services for its customers.
Kyndryl will help Unicaja Banco to evolve technologically by creating new processes, procedures and tools that allow for increased automation and standardization of their IT services.
