TOKYO, July 6, 2022 – Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, today announced an enhanced operational support service to help customers using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Japan simplify management of their cloud environments. Kyndryl and AWS announced a strategic partnership globally in February 2022. The partnership will support to promote the use of AWS and strongly support the cloud journey of customers to accelerate their digital transformation.

The launch of Kyndryl’s Cloud Support Service Silver builds on Kyndryl’s global strategic partnership with AWS and the recent launch of a simple and low-cost Bronze Service to support routine IT issues and address inquiries in Japanese.

The Silver Service provides operational support such as creating, activating, terminating, and taking backups of service resources on the AWS Management Console. The service also provides support for changing network settings. Underpinning this expanded service is Kyndryl’s years of experience supporting corporate hybrid cloud environments.
