Virbac renews partnership with Kyndryl to manage its infrastructure and support innovation

PARIS, September 29, 2025 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced the renewal of its partnership with Virbac, an independent international veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory. The partnership, now extended through 2030, will continue to support the management of Virbac’s IT infrastructure.

Under the renewed agreement, Kyndryl will continue managing Virbac’s IBM i servers and will build a new private cloud environment. By building a more flexible private cloud, Virbac will be able to consolidate its distributed workloads and servers across many countries into Kyndryl’s data center in Montpellier. This will further optimize Virbac’s IT environment and create a consumption-based model that will be able to increase or decrease energy use based on workload requirements. Kyndryl will also handle associated security, storage and back-up services — delivering secure, high-performance infrastructure services that support the company’s mission-critical applications.
