Our Social Impact strategy

Driven by the belief that technology can be a force for good, our social impact strategy focuses on leveraging our expertise, people and philanthropy to create meaningful and lasting impact.
Through strategic partnerships, employee volunteerism and the work of the Kyndryl Foundation, our global philanthropic arm, we work to engage with our communities, advance digital inclusion and empower individuals. Together, these efforts strengthen communities while reinforcing Kyndryl's role as a trusted partner and employer of choice.

Kyndryls Give
We are committed to empowering human progress in the places we live and work. Through volunteering, our employees bring their skills, time and passion to support communities, strengthen local organizations and help address pressing needs. Together, we turn our purpose into meaningful action and make a lasting difference where it matters most.
Social Impact Multiplier Effect
Kyndryl initiated a pilot study to understand how the benefits of its Social Impact project multiply beyond direct participants. The study analyzed data from 15 projects provided by our implementation partners and assessed how those benefits create a ripple effect.
Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC) independently assessed and validated Kyndryl's Multiplier Effect pilot study.
