An invite-only virtual peer-to-peer community.

Overview

The Kyndryl Canada CIO/CTO Expert Exchange is an exclusive, peer‑to‑peer community of senior IT leaders and CIOs. Members meet quarterly in virtual roundtables to discuss top‑of‑mind challenges and share practical insights with one another. Current members include technology leaders from CIBC, the Government of Alberta, the Government of Canada, the Bank of Montreal, the Ontario Pension Board, Magna, Celestica, Sun Life and others.

Roundtable topics are shaped by participant interests and feedback gathered through 15‑minute preparation calls in the weeks leading up to each session.

Hosted by Kyndryl and facilitated by our third‑party partner, Profitable Ideas Exchange (PIE), the community helps members build peer relationships, benchmark against comparable organizations and exchange industry best practices.

Karen Cheng is a Distinguished Engineer and enterprise IT leader with more than 27 years of experience. She currently serves as CTO of Kyndryl Canada, where she advises organizations on complex IT transformations and aligns technical and business stakeholders around shared goals through a collaborative leadership style.

 

Previously, Karen led the design of Kyndryl Consult’s core automation platform as a cross‑practice Enterprise Architect. She is a strong advocate for data‑driven decision‑making across large‑scale technology programs.
