These insights help enable us to anticipate issues before they occur, provide solutions to correct errors and remediate problems automatically, delivering to our customers an aggregate $3 billion in savings each year. Through utilizing Kyndryl Bridge, we reduced major IT incidents with Dow by 93%, and we've seen substantial improvements across a core set of “IT vitals” that indicate healthy technology estates for customers we’ve onboarded.
