The client needed help increasing operational efficiency, observability of their continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, and bringing infra availability as close to 100% as possible. They wanted a partner with operator development experience that know how to create infrastructure configuration as code while integrating security with code.

Services delivered include infrastructure automation and enhancement of the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) based on the SRE model. The tools utilized include Argo-CD, Jenkins, Helm, Vault, RedHat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM), and AWS Native Services.
