US CISO Expert Exchange
The US community convenes senior IT leaders and CISOs from across industries to discuss emerging threats, compliance shifts and security modernization. Quarterly virtual sessions enable candid dialogue and practical knowledge exchange.
Host: Justin Haney, Security and Resiliency leader, Kyndryl US
Justin Haney has extensive experience leading complex technology and services organizations, guiding teams in delivering large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programs for some of Kyndryl’s most strategic customers.
As Vice President of Practice General Management, he oversees a diverse consulting and solutioning organization, driving operational excellence and enabling customers to modernize and secure their digital environments.
He holds senior leadership experience across general management and consultative practices, and leads a high‑performing team of directors, vice presidents, and consulting partners.
Canada CISO Expert Exchange
The Canada forum brings together CISOs navigating unique regional regulations, critical infrastructure challenges and hybrid workforce security. Sessions are highly peer-driven, with a focus on localized insights and sector‑specific threat landscapes.

Denis has worked in the security industry for over 15 years, delivering complex, multi-year security solutions and services for some of the largest and most diverse clients in Canada.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Europe CISO Expert Exchange
The Europe community engages CISOs navigating complex data sovereignty requirements, cross‑border threats, and rapid regulatory evolution (e.g., NIS2, DORA). Discussions emphasize regional collaboration and shared operational strategies.

In his current role as Vice President and Global Cyber Resilience practice leader for Kyndryl in Strategic Markets, Conal is helping clients become more cyber resilient in their IT and digital transformation journeys.
Cónal has extensive experience in enabling clients to move their applications across hybrid/multi-cloud environments. He led the IT separation workstream during the Kyndryl spin-off from IBM and held senior executive positions at IBM, including Network Services and Cloud Migration Services.
