Felicity March, also known as Flick – is a lifelong technologist and now is leading the industry in Cyber Resilience. She has spent her life designing and delivering IT services and has over 30 years of deep knowledge and experience.

 

Flick is passionate about cyber resilience and is committed to a continuous global exchange of industry knowledge, technical ideas and promotion of best practices. She spends her time working with the C-Suite and their teams to ensure they are aware of their current "recoverability" risk and then helps them shape a strategy to improve their resilience stance.

Specializing in business resilience, Shawn excels at translating business services and requirements into resilient technology solutions.
