Copilot Value Discovery Workshop

The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Envisioning Workshop is designed to help organizations prepare for the revolutionary AI capabilities of Copilot for Microsoft 365. The workshop is facilitated by our Kyndryl Consult team and is aimed at customers who need to confirm their technical skills requirements, ensure prerequisites for Copilot for Microsoft 365 are in place, enhance their capabilities in Microsoft offerings, and address information governance elements with their compliance and legal teams.

 

The objectives of the workshop are to define the scope, identify business stakeholders, and gather information on key business scenarios.
