Inclusive Economy

Our commitment

Kyndryl will invest in bold ideas that build a representative economy in which all individuals and communities participate in and benefit from sustained economic and social prosperity. Kyndryl  will partner with entrepreneurs, start-ups, innovators, and organizations committed to finding innovative solutions to advance Kyndryl’s ESG goals and address the social and environmental challenges we face today.

What we are doing

We partner with organizations to support Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) social entrepreneurs who are focused on solving for society's greatest challenges. Through our partnership with Echoing Green, Kyndryl employees will:

  • Serve as application readers
  • Participate in Brain Trusts for Fellows
  • Join in Innovator Chats
  • Serve on Finalist Judging Panels
  • Join in Fireside Chats

We mentor and advise social entrepreneurs. Through our partnership with Athari Group, Kyndryl employees with mentor and engage in brain trusts around topics requested by early-stage entrepreneurs such as finance, social media, and marketing to launch and sustain their innovations.  Kyndryl will directly support the development of a cohort of six innovative non-profits operating all over the world.

We offer various platforms to social entrepreneurs to share and amplify their thought leadership by creating opportunities for them to engage with Kyndryl employees at large.
