Our commitment

Kyndryl partners with organizations to develop practical solutions that support lasting economic and social progress. We demonstrate our commitment by: 

  • Driving large-scale initiatives addressing some of the key societal challenges, including cybersecurity and AI skills development. 
  • Drawing on our skilled volunteers to mentor and train beneficiaries, helping them strengthen their capabilities and advance their careers.

Highlights of Inclusive Economy initiatives 

Cyber Rakshak (India)
 

In January 2023, Kyndryl partnered with the Common Services Centres (CSC), part of India’s Ministry of Electronics and IT, to launch Cyber Rakshak, a cybersecurity training initiative that equips women in rural and remote areas with cybersecurity skills and helps them become cybersecurity ambassadors. As of March 31, 2026, Kyndryl has trained more than 100,000 rural women across 20 states and 144 districts in India. Kyndryl is continuing the intiative through Cyber Rakshak with AI, which will train30,000 women in cybersecurity and the fundamentals of AI.

Collaboration with DesCodeuses (France)


Alliance for Education helps prevent students from dropping out of school and expands opportunity by connecting public, private and non-profit partners. Through the Youth Challenge programme, students build confidence, explore career pathways and broaden their ambitions. During the first year of partnership, 40 Kyndryl volunteers contributed more than 130 hours across 12 initiatives, giving 492 students valuable insights into the professional world and future career opportunities.

Reconciliation Action Plan (Australia) 
 

Kyndryl’s Reconciliation Action Plan is registered with Reconciliation Australia. Through our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, Kyndryl is advancing STEM education, supply chain and career opportunities for First Nations Australians as part of our broader commitment to diversity, inclusion and community impact.
