The year-over-year revenue decline reflects the Company's progress in reducing inherited no-margin and low-margin third-party content in customer contracts, particularly in its United States and Strategic Markets segments. The Company reported pretax income of $64 million and net income of $11 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, in the quarter, compared to a net loss of $141 million, or ($0.62) per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Cash flow used in operations was $48 million in this seasonally weak quarter for cash flow.
