LISBON, April 10, 2024 — Kyndryl (NYSE:KD), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, and Mota-Engil, a multinational company with operations focused on construction and infrastructure management in the segments of Engineering and Construction, Environment and Services, and Transport Concessions and Energy, have signed an agreement for Kyndryl to provide managed services for IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace services.

Kyndryl will manage part of Mota-Engil's IT environment, from the on-premises infrastructure to the existing cloud infrastructure, as well as the management of all the employees’ endpoints and the Microsoft Office 365 stack. Kyndryl will implement monitoring systems and protocols that will allow for real-time monitoring of these IT environments for large-scale data processing, making it possible to identify irregularities or failures and anticipate systems failure to reduce the business impacts.

The new services will allow Mota-Engil to take advantage of Kyndryl's expertise in its Cloud services and Digital Workplace services practices.
