Dan Martino is Vice President and Global Practice Leader for Applications, Data, and AI at Kyndryl, where he leads global strategy, growth, and delivery for next-generation application services. Dan helps enterprises modernize and operate complex application portfolios by integrating data, AI, and scalable delivery models.
Previously, Dan held senior leadership roles at FIS, Capgemini, Wipro, Ciber, and Velocity Technology Solutions, and he built and scaled global application and managed services businesses, led large-scale transformations, and accelerated revenue growth. He has owned portfolios with up to $1.5B in combined P&L and led global organizations of up to 16,000 professionals supporting hundreds of enterprise clients.
Dan is renowned as a client-centric, results-driven leader with deep expertise in application modernization, managed services, and enterprise transformation. He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BSBA in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
