Work is changing fundamentally. We are moving toward a workplace where AI is no longer just a new tool that we use, but something that works alongside us. In this emerging model, work will no longer be defined purely by individual effort or manual coordination. Meetings will trigger actions, documents will evolve dynamically, and processes will orchestrate and re-orchestrate themselves continuously rather than dragging on efficiency.
