Kyndryl transforms Southbay's data management with Google Cloud

BUENOS AIRES, April 14, 2026 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and Southbay, Nike's official distributor in Argentina and Uruguay, today announced the successful completion of a strategic intelligent data management project leveraging Google Cloud´s technology. The project transformed how Southbay collects, organizes and leverages sales information, point-of-sale inventory and key retail performance indicators, streamlining business analysis and enabling data-driven decisions based on reliable, daily updated and consistent data across all stores.

Southbay chose Kyndryl for its expertise in turning technology into tangible business impact, to implement a solution built with Google Cloud that accelerated its corporate strategy. The implementation of this modernization project has become an essential part of Southbay’s daily operations, generating new requests to expand functionalities and dashboards. As a result, the project redefined how the company manages sales information, point-of-sale inventory and key retail indicators by automating data consolidation, eliminating inconsistencies and centralizing records in a single repository updated daily. This has enabled an immediate, reliable and consistent view of the business, strengthening decision-making.
