Dagrofa selects Kyndryl in strategic  six-year agreement to modernize IT environment

COPENHAGEN, May 11, 2026 — Kyndryl, a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and Dagrofa, a major Danish food retail and wholesale group with over 500 stores, today announced a six-year agreement to consolidate Dagrofa’s fragmented IT landscape. Kyndryl will support Dagrofa’s business-critical ERP platform and provide expanded consulting services through Kyndryl Consult and Application Managed Services.

With a mix of franchise and independent stores, Dagrofa operates a complex IT landscape built on multiple ERP systems, yet it must connect suppliers, logistics and customers in real time. Its diverse user base, with varying levels of digital maturity, also requires intuitive, scalable touchpoints. Kyndryl brings experience in managing complex environments with a strong focus on operational stability, combining local consulting and coaching with global expertise. Working across the full value chain, Kyndryl will support both implementation and ongoing operations, while enabling data-driven optimization and actionable insights, thus helping Dagrofa advance a scalable, user-centric digital transformation.

The agreement consolidates a significant share of Dagrofa’s IT under Kyndryl’s management, spanning advisory services, infrastructure operations and business-critical applications. Kyndryl will support the ERP platform and deliver services, including Kyndryl Consult and SAP Application Managed Services. The collaboration is designed to support Dagrofa’s growth, improve efficiency and scale with its long-term business needs.
