Kyndryl Inclusion Networks (KINs)

KINs are company sponsored, employee-led resource groups that are dedicated to creating spaces where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice. KINs work together to continue the advancement of their respective communities by focusing on recruitment, retention, advancement, and allyship. With the support of executive sponsors, KIN leaders and members co-create an environment that empowers them to bring their whole selves to work, individually and collectively, and to support the activation of our culture, The Kyndryl Way.


Our first phase of Enterprise level KINs includes:

  • Women
  • LGBTQ+
  • People with Disabilities (PwD)/Neurodiversity
  • Black
  • Hispanic


Each Enterprise KIN has executive sponsors to champion, support and work with members to create an engaging and inclusive experience. Local chapters of the enterprise KINs exist in several countries today. In our next phase, additional KINs will be formed based on each country's unique business and employee needs.  

At all levels, KINs support the strategic priorities of inclusion, diversity, and equity and enhance our ability to recruit, retain, engage, and develop diverse talent. They play a vital role in contributing to an inclusive environment where all are valued and empowered to succeed.
