Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Martin Schroeter is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kyndryl – the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, serving thousands of customers in more than 60 countries. The company designs, builds, manages and modernizes the complex, mission-critical information systems that the world depends on every day. Martin was named the inaugural CEO of Kyndryl in January 2021 and Chairman in November 2021.

Before joining Kyndryl, Martin had recently retired from IBM where he served as IBM’s Senior Vice President, Global Markets from January 2018 to April 2020. In that role, he was responsible for IBM’s global sales, customer relationships and satisfaction, and worldwide geographic operations. He also oversaw IBM’s marketing and communications functions and was responsible for building the company’s brand and reputation globally. Martin was IBM’s Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2017 and previously served as General Manager of IBM Global Financing, where he managed a total asset base of more than $37 billion. Earlier in his IBM tenure, Martin served in numerous roles in Japan, the United States and Australia. 

Martin earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Temple University. Martin is a dual citizen of the United States and Australia, and he is a member of Business Roundtable, The Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the U.S.-India CEO Forum.

Elly Keinan is the Group President of Kyndryl.

As Group President, Elly oversees global operations and P&L across 63 countries, as well as Kyndryl’s six global practices, global alliances, and technology platform – all in support of our customers’ success.

Elly built his career at IBM, where he served for 33 years in global leadership roles, including General Manager of IBM North America, General Manager of IBM Latin America, and Chairman of IBM Japan.

Elly serves on the boards of Cellebrite, Ottopia, and the United Way of New York City. He graduated as valedictorian from the University of Miami in Florida, where he received his Master of Business Administration degree, and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Nel Akoth is the Chief Transformation Officer at Kyndryl.

A 22-year veteran of IBM, Nel was previously a senior partner in Global Business Services, serving as the worldwide leader for the finance and accounting practice. She served as director of finance for IBM's Africa operations and was instrumental in expanding IBM's presence throughout Africa, serving more than four years as the CFO for IBM's pan-African business. Nel also was IBM's vice president and Chief Credit Officer for three years.

A native of Kenya, she speaks both English and Swahili. She is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida with a degree in computer science and mathematics and earned her MBA in finance and financial management services from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Michael Bradshaw is Kyndryl’s Chief Information Officer.

Michael comes to Kyndryl from NBC Universal, where he spent nearly five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, leading the organization's global IT operations and overseeing NBC Universal's tech infrastructure, applications and IT strategy. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Mission Systems and Training and Vice president of Enterprise IT Services at Lockheed Martin.

A native of Durham, NC, Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Business Administration and an MS in computer science. He sits on the board of governors for Temple University Hospital, serves on the Temple University Health System Audit Committee, and is also a member of the industry advisory group for the Institute for Business and Information Technology at Temple’s Fox School of Business.

Lori Chaitman is Kyndryl's Global Head of Investor Relations.

Lori is an IR veteran, and she understands the needs of institutional investors and research analysts. As leader of investor relations at Sealed Air Corporation, an S&P 500 company, she was named 'Best Investor Relations Professional' in Institutional Investor's All-America Executive Team rankings. Earlier, she led IR teams at Monster Worldwide, Motorola and Symbol Technologies. She began her career as an institutional investor and sell-side analyst covering technology stocks.

Lori earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees at The George Washington University, where she was captain and MVP of the college's Division I gymnastics team, and she served as an assistant coach of the Colonials while a graduate student.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Maryjo Charbonnier, a global HR leader with experience in large corporate transformations, is Kyndryl’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

Maryjo joins Kyndryl from Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of professional information, software solutions and services for professionals, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer since 2015. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Maryjo served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions for seven years. Earlier in her career, she was an HR executive in a variety of leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Vice President for Talent Sustainability for PepsiCo Foods Americas, a unit with $30 billion in revenues and more than 120,000 employees.

A native of the Detroit area, Maryjo is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington, DC, and earned her MBA at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She was named "CHRO of the Year" in the Netherlands for 2019.

Harsh Chugh is the Chief Operations Officer for Kyndryl. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, management consulting, finance and operations.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Harsh was Chief Financial Officer of PlanSource, where he was instrumental in leading the effort to modernize their business applications, building a business intelligence platform and outsourcing some of their key product-related service delivery through partnerships with industry leaders in the benefits processing space.

He previously held leadership positions at IBM, including Vice President and functional Chief Operating Officer for Global Markets and Vice President of finance and operations for Digital Business Group. Earlier, Harsh was a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

A native of India, he holds a degree in civil engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, a masters degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.

Vineet Khurana is Kyndryl’s Corporate Controller.

Vineet joins Kyndryl from his role as the Vice President of Finance for IBM Global Business Services. During his 20-year career at IBM, he has served in numerous senior roles, including as Vice President of Finance for IBM Europe, Vice President of Finance for IBM United Kingdom & Ireland, IBM’s Assistant Controller for Financial Strategy and Budgets, and Director of Finance for IBM Global Financing.

Vineet is a graduate of Manipal Institute of Technology, India, where he received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He earned his MBA from the University of Warwick, UK

Stephen Leonard is Kyndryl's Global Alliances & Partnerships Leader where he is focused on building strong and enduring technology alliances that benefit clients, partners and Kyndryl.

In his 30 year career at IBM, Stephen held a variety of global, regional, and country leadership roles overseeing business divestitures, acquisition integration and business turnarounds. Before joining Kyndryl, he was General Manager of IBM’s Power Systems division where he was responsible for the development, sales and marketing of IBM’s multi-billion-dollar Power franchise. His prior leadership roles include General Manager for IBM North America and Chief Executive of IBM United Kingdom and Ireland. He also served as Chairman of IBM United Kingdom and Ireland.

A native of Scotland, Stephen holds a degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from University of Dundee. He currently resides in Connecticut with his family.

Leigh is responsible for Strategy and Corporate Development at Kyndryl.

Prior to Kyndryl, Leigh was the Vice President for Corporate Development Strategy at IBM, where he was responsible for leading the development of IBM’s worldwide inorganic strategy including acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, Leigh was Vice President of Intellectual Property, leading its patent and research licensing businesses, contributing nearly $500M in profit to IBM. Leigh spent the previous 15 years in IBM Corporate Development leading both acquisition and divestiture transactions.

Before joining IBM, Leigh was the CFO and COO of Zucotto Wireless, a semiconductor startup focused on Java IP targeting the wireless handset market. While at Zucotto, Leigh raised $42M in 4 separate financings.

Leigh holds a B.S. degree with High Distinction in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Una Pulizzi leads communications and government programs for Kyndryl.

Before joining Kyndryl, Una was the Global Director for Public Affairs and Senior Strategic Adviser at GE. During her 11-year tenure at GE, she supported the company's chairman and senior leaders on key policy issues, led global issues management and drove thought leadership and global positioning for the company.

Earlier in her career, Una served as a communications manager for the World Bank’s microfinance policy center, Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs for Citigroup's markets and banking unit and was a Senior Communications Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the administration of President Bill Clinton.

She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.

James Rutledge is the Global Head of Delivery, which includes Practice Delivery Integration, Advanced Delivery & Delivery Transformation. With twenty years of operating experience in IT, James brings a passion for innovation and quality to everything he does.

James was previously General Manager for Global Technology Services (GTS) Europe, Middle East, and Africa, a $7B IBM business, where he was responsible for customer success, profit and loss, sales, risk, quality, transformation, and employee engagement.

He has lived and worked in the US, Canada, South Korea, Latin America, Russia, Japan, and Spain and oversaw delivery leadership in Japan and Latin America. His previous roles include the Chief Security, Regulatory and Risk Officer for IBM GTS, where he oversaw global risk, security, regulatory, privacy, and compliance.

Edward Sebold, General Counsel for Kyndryl, has a quarter-century of expertise in the legal and regulatory issues facing global enterprises.

Edward comes to Kyndryl after leading several global legal functions at IBM, including teams that worked with services, IBM's Watson Health, litigation and the company's mergers and acquisitions unit -- most notably in helping to close IBM's $34 billion acquisition of Red Hat in 2019. Prior to joining IBM in 2012, Edward was a partner at Jones Day in the firm's Cleveland and Houston offices, and counseled clients in the banking, finance, healthcare and manufacturing industries.

A board member of the Pro Bono Partnership, Edward is a graduate of John Carroll University and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan.

Antoine comes to Kyndryl as a venture partner at Ridge-Lane LP, a strategic advisory and venture development firm focused on solutions to grand challenges in education, sustainability, and information technology.

Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and global Chief Information Officer at State Street Corporation, where he served on State Street's management committee and was responsible for managing enterprise-wide technology, transformation and modernization operations in 27 countries. Prior to joining State Street, Antoine was group Chief Operating Officer and CIO at the London Stock Exchange Group. He also served as CIO at the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange Alternext.

Maria B. Winans, Chief Marketing Officer at Kyndryl, is a recognized expert in data-driven marketing, brand engagement, and performance marketing.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Maria amassed an impressive 29-year career at IBM, culminating in her role as the Chief Marketing Officer for IBM Americas. In this capacity, she held overarching responsibility for all marketing professionals and activities throughout North and Latin America. Maria's tenure at IBM was marked by pivotal contributions to global marketing endeavors across diverse disciplines and business units, notably including initiatives such as Smarter Commerce and Watson.

A native of Santiago, Chile, Maria serves as the executive sponsor of Kyndryl’s Hispanic Latin Community. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, the proud mother of two children and a certified fitness instructor.

David Wyshner

David is Kyndryl’s Chief Financial Officer. He brings global experience to his role as Kyndryl's CFO, with a career that includes 15 years as CFO of multi-billion-dollar public companies, where he oversaw major asset sales, spin-offs and acquisitions.

David comes to Kyndryl from XPO Logistics, where he led the global finance organization for the Fortune 200 global transportation and contract logistics company that manages supply chains for 50,000 customers worldwide. Earlier, as CFO of Wyndham Worldwide, David led the company's separation into one privately acquired business and two public companies, and spearheaded the acquisition of La Quinta Holdings; after the spin-off, he served as CFO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. He has also served as president and CFO of Avis Budget Group.

A native of Connecticut, David holds a master's degree in finance and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Yale University.

Ashish Kumar is the President of Kyndryl in Australia and New Zealand, where he leads partnerships with some of the world’s greatest brands, helping them run their most mission-critical operations. 

As part of a career that spans more than three decades, Kumar most recently served as Managing Partner for Vodafone, one of Kyndryl’s top accounts. 

He previously served as the leader for the Technology Services Business in Australia and New Zealand at IBM, where he was responsible for the strategy, sales, and delivery of the business. Prior to his stint in Australia, Kumar was the Asia Pacific leader for IBM’s Cloud business, a role in which he helped lay the foundation for Cloud transformation projects for major customers, and led the skills and cultural transformation of professionals across a diverse Asia Pacific geography.

Kumar holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Delhi. For leisure, he enjoys running, tennis, and squash. He likes to travel with his family for vacations.

Audrey Campbell-Frear is the Managing Director of Kyndryl New Zealand.Prior to joining Kyndryl, Audrey was the General Manager for Innovation and New Business at Olivado, responsible forestablishingthe company’s biogas business, developed at Olivado’s Kenya plant,in New Zealand. She remains associated with New Zealand’s Bio-Energy Association.

From 2011 to 2017, Audrey was the Country Manager at Mavenir(NZ & Pacific),providing end-to-end network technology solutions to Communication Service Providersin the region.Before this, she spent close to fouryears at IBMdeveloping complex, customised solutions for Australian and New Zealand customers, primarily inthe bankingand insuranceindustry.

Earlier in her career, Audrey spent more than a decade at New Zealand’s leading telecommunications provider, Spark NZ. During her time at the company, sheheld senior roles carrying responsibility for Spark’s internal IT infrastructure followed by the management of specifically developed customised technology solutions for Spark’s enterprise customers.

He manages an international team of experts to provide project and delivery services to customers, and is currently working to buildan advanced delivery model at Kyndryl encompassing Agile, Automation and AI.

From 2019 to 2021, Roy was the General Manager, Infrastructure Services at IBM where he managed technical specialists and account managers to deliver innovation through partnerships and modernising technology footprints. Prior to this, he spent four years as Vice President and Services Executive, working closely with one of IBM’s key banking customers to collaboratively deliver operational excellence.

Throughout his more than 30 year career, Roy has managed large IT departments and led complex outsourced environments for some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest organisations, including American Express, Air New Zealand, National Australia Bank and Westpac Banking Corporation.

Bronwyn is Chief Financial Officer for Kyndryl Australia and New Zealand. Previously, she was at IBM in roles including Transformation Leader for finance, where she implemented new ways of working and Agile practices to all of finance. She has also held various Controller and Division CFO positions including Group Financial Controller for IBM Australia and New Zealand.

Bronwyn enjoys bringing businesses, individuals, and teams together to strengthen understanding of key priorities and drive outcome-based strategies. She has worked not only in Australia but also the United Kingdom, The United States, and other European countries where her focus was on financial modelling and negotiations that led to significant new outsourcing contracts with IBM and key clients.

Throughout her career she has continually engaged in diversity and inclusion programmes and actions and is passionate about businesses being engaged in authentic programmes in this space.

Jim Freeman is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Practice Leader for Kyndryl Australia and New Zealand. He has been instrumental in designing Kyndryl’stechnology practices and establishing capabilities, partnerships, consulting models and market presence. Jim also serves as the guild leader for the architecture community andis a passionate Diversity Champion for the LGBTQ+ Kyndryl Inclusion Network.

Prior to Kyndryl’s establishment, Jim held the role of CTO for IBM Global Technology Services in Asia-Pacific, where he worked closely with customers to design their journey to cloud. Throughout his career he has held a number of technology and leadership positions at IBM in the United States and subsequently Australia, where he has managed the IT infrastructure of some of the world’s biggest organisations.

Jim’s first foray into technology was in 1981, when he joined IBM doing robotics for the automated manufacture of 3081 mainframe computers. In addition to his deep experience in enterprise IT, Jim also worked on several startups during the Internet boom.

She is also the Executive Sponsor for DiverseAbility, leading a passionate group of advocates to create inclusive practices, programs, tribes and environments that allow people to thrive and Kyndryl to be more inclusive and hence more innovative.

Before joining Kyndryl, Kimberley spent more than a decade at IBM across a number of senior roles, most recently leading the development and execution of IBM’s Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy across Asia-Pacific. She also spent four years at the global creative agency Ogilvy, where she worked with organisationsof all shapes and sizes to develop brand strategies across multiple markets. She has also managed her own marketing consulting business.

Kimberley is a certified Agile Coach, Facilitator, Yoga and Meditation teacher and is passionate about empowering andsupporting others to be the best that they can be.

Prior to this, Cathy was the Executive Delivery Leader for one of Kyndryl’s largest customers in banking and insurance.

Before joining Kyndryl, Cathy spent two decades at IBM in a number of Delivery roles, where she worked with large organisations in industries such as telco and financial services and built deep expertise across hybrid cloud, security, mainframe, workplace and network services.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Tony held a number of roles at IBM covering both Australia and New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific. He was also previously the Asia-Pacific Legal Director at Lenovo and was a Partner at TressCox Lawyers earlier in his career.

John has a wealth of experience working with senior leaders to design, build, manage, and modernize mission-critical technology solutions. He joined Kyndryl in March 2022 as a senior partner in the Customer Advisory Practice. 

 Before joining Kyndryl, John was the Chief Information Officer at Lloyds Banking Group and was the first Group CIO to have joined the Group Executive Committee. As a results-oriented leader, John has extensive experience in leading global teams and navigating complex operating environments.

John holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.

Xerxes Cooper is the President of Kyndryl Strategic Markets, a role in which he oversees coverage of 49 countries across Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. As part of a career that spans nearly two decades, Cooper manages relationships with some of the greatest brands in the world, helping them run their most mission-critical operations. 

Previously, Cooper served as the President of Kyndryl Canada, the leading technology services provider in Canada, supporting a market-leading base of technically advanced and highly regulated customers with mission-critical systems. In that role, he led teams focused on accelerating digital strategies for customers by leveraging their highly skilled workforce, a diverse ecosystem of partners, and innovative solutions including cloud, analytics, automation, and security.   

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Cooper led IBM Global Technology Services in Canada, and also served as the Chief Financial Officer for IBM Canada, in addition to other senior leadership roles.

A seasoned leader, Xerxes operates with transparency and integrity at all organizational levels, building engagement, belief, and trust. He has received external recognition for his leadership and focus on inclusion including a Diversity Champion award in 2020 and the Best Executive - Technology award from the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business in 2021. 

Xerxes is a member of the Board of Directors for TECHNATION and most recently joined Junior Achievement Central Ontario’s Board of Governors.  Xerxes is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Network, and a is registered CPA.

Paolo Degl’Innocenti is the president of Kyndryl Italy. He is experienced in managing complex businesses in multi-cultural environments, driving profound changes in organizational business models.

Prior to this role, Paolo was the Vice President of Sales for IBM Italy, where he was responsible for managing the business of key clients in the region. He attained this leadership role after five years as the managing director for the integrated global account, FCA/CNHi, leading a team across Europe, North America and Brazil. He also served on the IBM Italian Leadership Team as Vice President of Software, Italy, from 2011 to 2016, and led IBM’s channel business in southwest Europe as Vice President, Business Partners, from 2007 to 2011.

Paolo has spent more than 30 years with IBM in sales and marketing, hardware and software roles, with responsibilities in Italy and around the world.

Before joining Kyndryl, Markus was General Manager of IBM’s Global Technology Services business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and was a member of the Management Board of IBM Germany. Previously, he was responsible for the Solutions and Industry Business Development of IBM Services in DACH and served as Vice President of IBM Germany for the Global Business Services division from 2015 to 2016.

Ashish Kumar is the President of Kyndryl in Australia and New Zealand, where he leads partnerships with some of the world’s greatest brands, helping them run their most mission-critical operations. 

As part of a career that spans more than three decades, Kumar most recently served as Managing Partner for Vodafone, one of Kyndryl’s top accounts. 

He previously served as the leader for the Technology Services Business in Australia and New Zealand at IBM, where he was responsible for the strategy, sales, and delivery of the business. Prior to his stint in Australia, Kumar was the Asia Pacific leader for IBM’s Cloud business, a role in which he helped lay the foundation for Cloud transformation projects for major customers, and led the skills and cultural transformation of professionals across a diverse Asia Pacific geography.

Kumar holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Delhi. For leisure, he enjoys running, tennis, and squash. He likes to travel with his family for vacations.

Philippe Roncati is the President of Kyndryl France. He has spent most of his career working in IT services and supporting the transformation of companies.

In January 2015, Philippe was appointed the IBM Managing Director of BNP Paribas Integrated Account. From 2010 to 2014, he was the IBM Services Vice President for the BNP Paribas Integrated Account and helped extend the IBM’s IT scope to Applications.

A member of the JV BNP Paribas Partner for Innovation (BP2I) supervisory board since 2011, Philippe led the acquisition of Med-IT. From 2002 to 2007, he worked as CEO for CS Communication & Systèmes and Ajilon.

From 1995 to 2002, Philippe helped develop IBM Global Services France and led the Distribution, Transportation, CPG sectors covering France and Benelux.

Philippe is a member of IBM France Executive Committee and of IBM AT. He is a Director of Centre d’Etude et de Prospective Stratégique (CEPS).

Prior to her role as President, Amy Salcido was the Chief Customer Engagement & Transformation Officer at Kyndryl, and prior to that held the position of General Manager, Consumer & Travel. During that time, she built meaningful relationships with top companies and brands in retail, consumer products, travel, transportation, and logistics by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industries, businesses, and their ability deliver value.

Lingu joined IBM after college and has more than 22 years of experience in business management, global strategy, sales, operations and marketing. He has served in senior leadership positions across product, global markets and services portfolio in India, ASEAN and growth markets.

His proven general management and P&L management skills have been developed through a series of structured and well-rounded experiences in India, Asia Pacific and Global. Under Lingu’s leadership, GTS India embarked on a transformation journey to build a strong broad-based client portfolio

Lingu is an engineering graduate with a management degree. He is an avid marathon runner, and his interests include understanding cultural sensitivities.

David brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in the technology sector to Kyndryl, with a deep knowledge of digital transformation and innovation processes. He has a demonstrated ability to drive customer outcomes, transform businesses, successfully manage profit and loss results, and build high-performing teams.

Prior to Kyndryl, David worked at IBM as the General Manager of International Business and Strategy for Banco Santander. He was involved in major corporate projects and helped drive growth through innovation as a member of the Global Corporate Strategy leadership team. David also held senior and executive positions at IBM’s Business Consulting unit, where he was the Vice President leading the Consulting Services Division for Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, and Turkey. He joined IBM after several years at Accenture. 

Before joining Kyndryl, he served as independent senior advisor Board Member of several companies (B2B and B2C business), helping them with their corporate strategy.

Farhaz Thobani is the President of Kyndryl Canada, the largest IT services provider in the country. For more than two decades, Farhaz has worked alongside teams that leverage deep knowledge and experience to support the mission-critical systems and transformation goals of customers across North America.

Previously, Farhaz served as General Manager for the Manufacturing, Communications & Energy Market for Kyndryl in the United States. In that role, he was responsible for successful customer outcomes, and the overall success of the business in that market, which serves many of the largest customers in the United States.

Before that, Farhaz was the Managing Director for Kyndryl in Canada, where he had responsibility for all go-to-market activities across Kyndryl’s industry and practice teams. Prior to his time at Kyndryl, he has also held a variety of senior management, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer positions at IBM.

Farhaz received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto Canada. He is also the Chairman of the Board for the ISM Canada Corporation.

Vic Bhagat is Kyndryl's Senior Partner of the Advisory Practice. In this role, he assists customers with designing and deploying advanced technology environments to tackle the increasing demands of a digital world.

Before joining Kyndryl, Vic held the role of president of Matrix CvC, advising enterprises on operational excellence and digital process transitions. He has been an active investor and advisor to many start-up organizations that are focused on AI and machine learning. Vic's previous roles include senior Vice President and CIO of Verizon Enterprise Solutions and Executive Vice President and CIO of EMC, and CIO for several divisions of General Electric, including GE Aviation Services, CNBC, GE Corporate, and GE India and Southeast Asia.

Vic is a native of Wellesley, MA and holds a BS in Information Systems & Marketing from the University of Louisville.

In his last engagement for Kyndryl, Ivan built the COO function and was also responsible for all the Real Estate & DC Services, Procurement, Asset Management and Cost Efficiency agenda. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Ivan served as General Manager for several IBM Global Technology Services businesses. At IBM, he was responsible for developing Financial Services growth markets and led the largest service market in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Ivan is married and based in Switzerland. He is a passionate horse rider, and enjoys living in an old farm house.

Petra Goude is the leader of Kyndryl's Core Enterprise and zCloud practice. As practice leader, her mission is to apply the breadth and depth of Kyndryl’s capabilities to provide the best solutions for customers as they modernize their IBM Z and IBM I environments and devise their hybrid cloud strategy.

Previously, Petra served as Kyndryl’s Go-to-market Operations and Customer Advocacy Leader. In this role, she worked closely with the company’s Group President to define and shape transformation initiatives with oversight on how Kyndryl structures and manages its customer relationships, end to end.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Petra led IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) in the Nordics. In this role, Petra and her team worked closely with customers to design, build and run their mission-critical infrastructure systems and services, while delivering superior client experiences. In addition, she led the expansion of IBM’s Infrastructure (IS) and Technology Support Services (TSS) across the Nordics for IBM.

Petra has an extensive background in Cloud, Software and Services. She served as Vice President of IBM Cloud and Software for Nordics and IBM’s Industry Client Sales Leader for Asia Pacific based out of Singapore.

Before joining IBM, Petra worked in sales and consulting for leading Swedish companies.

Petra holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Market economy degree from IHM Business School. She lives in New York City and frequently travels globally to work closely with Kyndryl customers.

Kris Lovejoy, an internationally recognized leader in the field of cybersecurity and privacy, is the leader of Kyndryl's Security and Resiliency global practice.

Kris comes to Kyndryl from EY, one of the world's leading professional services organizations, where she was the global consulting cybersecurity leader and responsible for the organization's multi-billion dollar security practice. Previously, she was the founder and CEO of BluVector Inc., an AI-powered sense and respond platform that was acquired by Comcast in 2019. She was also general manager of IBM's Security Services division, where she led teams that built end-to-end security programs for IBM's global clients.

Kris holds U.S. and EU patents in areas around Risk Management, was named Consulting Magazine's "Top Woman Technology Leader" in 2020, and has served as a member of the World Economic Forum's cybersecurity committee.

Paul comes to Kyndryl from Lumen Technologies, a global leader in network communications services, where he was Senior Vice President of Product Management and Services, and most recently started Lumen's Edge Compute business.

He has deep expertise across a range of Network and Edge domains that are important to our customers, including Edge Cloud, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, Optical Networking, Cloud Content Delivery Services, and IT Services. Paul knows the industry from start-ups to large enterprises, and his insights into the needs of customers to capture value from their network and edge computing strategies is unparalleled.

Previously, Paul held various executive positions in engineering, network cost management, network operations, strategy, and alliances.

Nicolas Sekkaki is the Group Practice Leader for Applications, Data and AI.

Nicolas joins Kyndryl from CMA CGM, a global leader in shipping and logistics, where he was Executive Vice President of IT, Digital, Transformation and Shared Services.

Earlier, he served in various senior executive capacities at IBM, most recently as CEO of IBM France for more than five years. While expanding the IBM business as leader of IBM France, he also was actively engaged in the "Tech For Good" initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron. Nicolas has also served as general manager of IBM's Systems and Global Technology Services, both in EMEA and in France.

In addition to his IBM experience, Nicolas spent two years as managing director of SAP France.

Dave Simpson is the acting Global Cloud Practice Leader at Kyndryl. His responsibilities include sales, revenue, and helping customer teams drive value for clients through our Cloud services portfolio. Dave previously held the position of Senior VP of Growth for the Cloud Practice.

Before joining Kyndryl, Dave led global sales for IBM Cloud for 5 years. During his tenure at IBM, Dave served as General Manager, Industrial Sector and VP Insurance Industry for Global Technology Services in the US. In these roles, he led teams that grew revenue, signings, and profitability through new client acquisition, scope expansion within the existing client base, and overall client satisfaction.

He first joined IBM Canada as a systems engineer, and during his 39-year career, he has held management and leadership roles across the sales, services, education, and finance divisions. Dave graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science.

From 2017 to 2021, Mark was the General Manager of IBM Digital Workplace Services business and was responsible for running SAP and Oracle enterprise applications. A strategic leader in the Cloud business community, Mark oversaw a variety of roles with Dimension Data for the Americas from 2000 to 2017, including CEO, COO, and Senior VP.

Mark is married with two children, and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina where he loves to cycle and run.
