ATHENS, May 20, 2025 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced the extension of its managed services agreement with Interamerican, reflecting the mutual trust and strategic partnership of the two companies for nearly two decades. The new five-year agreement positions Kyndryl as a strategic partner to help Interamerican drive innovation and deliver customer-centric solutions in a constantly evolving insurance market.
As part of the expanded agreement, Kyndryl will migrate Interamerican’s core insurance systems to a modern hybrid cloud containerized environment. This move will accelerate Interamerican’s development cycles and seamless integration of cloud-native applications by creating consistent and repeatable environments. As a result, the company’s applications will perform consistently, regardless of the environment they run in, ensuring availability and efficiency.

Interamerican will also work closely with Kyndryl Consult experts to advise on its continued transformation. The company will manage its infrastructure on an AI-powered, open-integration digital business platform, Kyndryl Bridge, improving visibility and automation across its IT estate.
