How to Communicate a Concern or get Advice

The Ombudsman is the channel for suppliers, Kyndryl employees, and others to address procurement-related concerns and issues. Ombudsman is neutral and independent of line management, and all situations are evaluated in an objective manner.

Please note that the Ombudsman process is not intended as a substitute for communication with Kyndryl management or suppliers, rather, for issues that cannot be resolved through the normal business procedures.
