Kyndryl extends cloud modernization support for AEON Financial Service Co.

TOKYO, October 30, 2025 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced that it will continue to support the modernization of AEON Financial Service’s cloud environment. Kyndryl has worked with AEON Financial Services since 2023 on a cloud environment that includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, and has deployed more than 20 business systems, while also providing infrastructure maintenance services.

AEON Financial Services is modernizing from an on-premises platform to a cloud platform to be more flexible and quickly respond to a rapidly changing business environment. AEON Financial Service is working to migrate their systems to the cloud, aiming to be fully cloud-based. This will help them accelerate their digital shift by improving agility, respond quickly to customer needs with greater flexibility in application development, and provide a flexible and cost-effective foundation.

The deployment to a cloud environment, supported by Kyndryl, along with subsequent infrastructure maintenance services, will promote standardization and automation, leading to improved efficiency while maintaining high quality. Specifically, in migrating multiple business systems to an integrated platform, reusability was emphasized to promote system standardization, efficiency, and enhanced quality.
