Shawn D’Souza is the Senior Vice President at Kyndryl Consult and the co-creator of the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework. Shawn helps Kyndryl customers transform their application and infrastructure estate using agentic AI to achieve disruptive business outcomes.
Previously, Shawn led multibillion-dollar global businesses at IBM Consulting across cloud, application development, and modernization services. Shawn also served as the Global CTO for Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS).
Before IBM, Shawn was the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering at Penn Mutual and started his career at CSC, developing industry software products for Life and Wealth Management.
Shawn holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from The National Institute of Technology in Surat, India, and remains a hands-on software engineer with patents in App Modernization with AI.
