As trees perform their role within ecosystems around the world, their roots sustain growth and keep them thriving.

At Kyndryl, our mission is to advance the vital systems that power human progress- a commitment fueled by and deeply rooted in our people. That’s why we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to celebrate our people-centered and purpose-driven culture by planting one tree for each employee.

Our tree planting journey

In three years, we’ve turned one tree into 300,000 trees, planted in critical locations across the world. We’ve hosted employee planting events and made contributions to global One Tree Planted initiatives, and this journey is only the beginning.
 

With each tree planted, we express our gratitude to every employee for their meaningful work and commitment to our sustainability goals.
 

One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to make it easy for anyone to help the environment by planting trees. Through reforestation efforts, it helps rebuild forests after natural disasters, provide jobs for social impact and restore biodiversity.
