Credicorp enhances and modernizes IT infrastructure with Kyndryl

LIMA, Peru, August 18, 2026 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission‑critical enterprise technology services, and Credicorp, the leading financial services holding company in Peru, with operations in Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, and Panama, today announced a new collaboration to modernize the group’s technology environment with cloud and AI and standardize management across Credicorp’s companies. By incorporating AI-enabled operations, this project will help anticipate incidents, optimize performance and support continuous improvement across all group companies, strengthening resilience as well as the availability and continuity of the digital services they provide to their customers.

Large financial services groups face increasing pressure to operate resilient and scalable technology environments while managing legacy complexity and costs. To address these challenges, Credicorp worked with Kyndryl to co-create and implement a corporate technology management model that reduces fragmentation across operating companies, strengthens connectivity and enables better use of shared data and insights across the group. The new model is designed to support long-term modernization and cloud migration under the direction of Kyndryl Consult.
