Petra Goude

Petra Goude is President for Strategic Markets since May 2025, overseeing 40+ countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America. Her mission is to help customers design, implement, modernize and manage their mission-critical IT environments to drive better business outcomes.

Petra is a strategic leader with a strong customer-facing background and passion for driving business and IT transformation journeys for leading enterprises around the world. In addition, she is a strong advocate for talent growth and a co-leader of the global Women’s Kyndryl Inclusion Network (KIN).

Prior to this position, she led the Core Enterprise & zCloud Global Practice, where she focused on applying the breadth and depth of Kyndryl’s capabilities and expertise to provide the best solutions for customers as they run and transform their mission-critical mainframe environments and devise their hybrid IT modernization strategy.

Previously, Petra served as the Chief Customer Engagement & Transformation Officer within Kyndryl. In this role, she worked closely with the Group President to define and shape the company’s transformation initiatives with oversight on how Kyndryl structures and manages its customer relationships end-to-end.

Before joining Kyndryl, Petra worked for IBM for 15 years, where she led Global Technology Services, Cloud and Software in the Nordics, and Industry Client Sales in Asia Pacific.

Petra holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Market Economy degree from IHM Business School.
