NEW YORK, May 2, 2024 – Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, today announced that Stephen Leonard has been appointed President, Kyndryl Germany, and Giovanni Carraro has been named Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances.

"Both Stephen and Gio have a deep understanding of the business challenges our customers face,” said Elly Keinan, Group President, Kyndryl. “In their new roles, they will focus on helping our customers accelerate the modernization of mission critical systems as they navigate their digital transformation journeys.”

Leonard most recently was Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances, and helped build a global ecosystem of partnerships that have been important to driving hyperscaler-related revenue. He has deep industry expertise and has been with Kyndryl since its inception. Prior to Kyndryl, Leonard was with IBM for more than 30 years. Leonard succeeds Markus Koerner, who is leaving Kyndryl to pursue other professional endeavors.

Carraro was previously Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances, leading and growing Kyndryl's partnership with Amazon Web Services. Prior to Kyndryl, Carraro was Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Sales Engineering at Precisely, after spending more than 11 years at IBM in several product and sales roles.
