Kyndryl works with suppliers to procure and deliver products and/or services that can help reduce our environmental impact and can be reused, recycled, or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

Kyndryl expects all suppliers to establish and maintain a corporate social responsibility and environmental management system, focusing on ethics, labor, health & safety and environmental matters and complying with ESG regulations in all geographies.  Supplier’s code of conduct is outlined in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code. Kyndryl requests that Suppliers acknowledge the RBA Code in a separate acknowledgment letter that is provided as a condition of onboarding the Supplier. Additionally, when procuring energy using products, equipment and services that have, or can have, an energy impact on SEUs (Significant Energy Use), energy performance may also be an evaluation criteria.
