Kyndryl requires its suppliers to comply with RBA's Code of Conduct by signing the RBA Letter Agreement.
In support of RBA code provisions (Labor, Health & Safety, Environment, Ethics, Management system), Kyndryl expects suppliers to establish and maintain a corporate social responsibility and environmental management system, measure performance and disclose results.
