Our focus areas are the following: #### Assessment: - Understand the current and desired future state of DevSecOps maturity, - Detail the maturity level of the DevSecOps function and compare the IT landscape against industry standards, to identify gaps and provide recommendations to address them. #### Strategic Roadmap: - Define the strategy and the roadmap to adopt or evolve the DevSecOps function. - Develop a high-level timeline to achieve the desired DevSecOps state. #### Organization Model Transformation: - Co-create with the customer the new organization model incorporating the DevSecOps function. - Identify critical KPIs and QoS to use and track. - Define and adapt key roles, responsibilities, and processes to enable and evolve the DevSecOps function.
