Kyndryl 2-Weeks Rapid Assessment for Cloud Readiness & Adoption

Assess an application's readiness to adopt cloud.
This rapid assessment evaluates applications that are currently on-premises for a move to cloud. During the assessment, we use Kyndryl and cloud native tools to collect data and conduct a series of stakeholder interviews. These are used to understand the technical aspects of the application and make recommendations on the application’s readiness for cloud. Typical cloud adoption assessment phases: - Workshop kickoff and understanding - Build an understanding of application to be assessed - Infrastructure and application analysis - Begin discovery and workshops, and start analysis of key information to understand the current state of the application - Create findings and recommendations documentation and build a next steps roadmap
