Kyndryl 2-Weeks Rapid Assessment for Cloud Optimization

This 2-Week Rapid assessment is designed to provide clients with high-level guidance, recommendations and best practices to help maintain and provide secure, reliable, performant, cost-optimized, and operationally excellent applications in the Cloud. Rapid Assessment by Kyndryl Consult focuses on the "validate and optimize" mission of the Well Architected Framework (WAF) pillar to evaluate the current application state in hyperscalers and make recommendations on the optimal configuration to ensure adherence with the hyperscalers' best practices. The assessment is a 60 hour engagement that includes the following stages: - Kick-off and understanding - Discovery and analysis - Cost optimization recommendations The scope of Rapid Assessment will be limited to the understanding of one process of one application in a single environment of up to 10 workloads and one hyperscaler.
